PhD Gerard van den Berg

Gerard van den Berg has a PhD in Geochemistry. At KWR Watercycle Research Institute in The Netherlands he leads a team on Innovation and Valorization. The main goal of our team is to initiate and coordinate research and innovation in expert networks, multi-actor projects and programs, on water cycle related topics in a national and international context. In order to improve the valorization of KWR’s research, we support our work with research into the dynamics of innovation.

Gerard is Project Manager of international projects, including Horizon2020, as well as Watershare, the international and operational knowledge management model for the water sector. Currently, he is also Project Coordinator of the Horizon2002 project SUBSOL that aims to bring Subsurface Water Solutions to market.
